How we ship.

Yeh Nah Goods is print-on-demand at launch. That means every piece is made for you after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse, nothing gets dumped at end-of-season. It also means it takes a bit longer than ordering off a giant in a tin shed somewhere.

Where we ship.

Australia only at launch. International is coming when we're ready to do it properly — not when we're ready to disappoint people in Auckland.

What it costs.

• Free standard shipping on AU orders over $100.
• Flat $9.95 standard shipping under $100.
• Express available at checkout where eligible — flat $14.95.

How long it takes.

Because we make to order:

• Production: 5–10 business days. This is the bit we don't rush — it's the difference between a garment-dyed tee that lasts and a thin printed thing that doesn't.
• Transit (standard): 3–7 business days within Australia.
• Transit (express): 1–3 business days within Australia, where AusPost Express can deliver.

Total: Allow 8–17 business days standard, 6–13 business days express. You'll get tracking the moment your order ships.

Where it's at.

You'll get an email when your order is placed, another when it's in production, and another with tracking when it ships. If something feels off — three weeks in and silence — get in touch.

Address mistakes.

Double-check your address at checkout. We dispatch off what you give us. If you spot a mistake within 12 hours of ordering, email us and we'll do our best to fix it before production starts — after that it's harder.

Lost in transit.

If AusPost loses your parcel we'll work with them and you to sort it. Australian Consumer Law protects you here and we'll do the right thing.
