Terms of service.

Welcome. By using yehnahgoods.com.au you agree to these terms. They're not designed to trick you. Read them.

This site is operated by Deskka Pty Ltd (ABN 94 646 820 402) trading as Yeh Nah Goods (we / us / our), an Australian company.

1. Using this site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. By using the site you confirm you can legally enter into a contract.

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or in breach of someone else's rights. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products.

We do our best to show products accurately — colours, prints, fabric, fit. Screens vary. Cotton fabric varies slightly batch to batch. That's the nature of the product. We don't consider minor colour variation a defect.

Stock is limited and product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order if it's mispriced, out of stock, or appears fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund in full.

3. Orders and payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

By placing an order you're making an offer to purchase. We accept by sending you an order confirmation email. A contract forms at that point. We may reject orders before that confirmation.

Payment is taken at checkout. We use Shopify Payments and other processors. We don't store your card details.

4. Shipping and delivery.

Shipping terms, costs, and timing are on the Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over, but Australian Consumer Law protections continue to apply.

5. Returns.

Our returns policy is on the Returns page. In short: no change-of-mind returns; full coverage for faulty, wrong, or not-as-described items under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual property.

Everything on this site — logo, designs, prints, photography, copy, code — is owned by Deskka Pty Ltd or licensed to us. You can't copy, reproduce, or commercially use any of it without written permission.

You're welcome to share photos of yourself wearing the gear. Tag @yehnahgoods if you do — we might repost (and if we do, you're giving us permission to use that image in our marketing).

7. User content.

If you post a review, comment, or tag us with content, you're confirming you own or have rights to that content and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in connection with our brand. Don't post anything illegal, defamatory, infringing, or just nasty.

8. Limitation of liability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, warranty, or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (lost profits, lost opportunity, etc.) to the extent the law allows us to exclude that liability.

9. Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Privacy.

We handle your data per the Privacy policy.

11. Changes.

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
